A recipe of cream of mushroom cooked in multicooker. An extraordinary and delicious taste.
- Dry mushrooms – 50g;
- Carrot – 1 pcs;
- Onion – 1 pcs;
- Potato – 3 pcs;
- Water or meat bouillon – 1 l;
Add salt and spices to taste Add milk, cream or processed cheese to taste Soak the dry mushrooms in cold water for several hours. Turn on the multicooker and set the “BAKE” mode. Chop the onion and fry it in the multicooker. Then add mushrooms, mix, close the cap and fry for 10-15 minutes. Prepare vegetables: cut potato into sticks and grate the carrot. Add vegetable to the mix and stew. After that pour hot water into the basket, add salt and spices to taste. Add a pair of bay leafs, close the cap and set the “BAKE” mode. Cook for 40 minutes. Then pour into another glass and take out the bay leafs. Blend the soup with blender. You may add cream or hot milk to taste. Bon appetit!
