A recipe of the delicious juicy meat with mushrooms cooked in multicooker.



  • Meat – 500 g.
  • Mushrooms – 500 g.
  • Carrot – 1 pcs
  • Onion – 1 pcs
  • Potato – 1 kg
  • Bay leaf, verdure
  • Vegetable oil
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Add salt and spices to taste


Cut the meat into pieces, mushrooms into stripes, and potatoes into sticks. Chop the onion and grate the carrot. Pour the vegetable oil into multicooker basket, put down meat, close the cap and choose the “BAKE” mode. Fry the meat for 20 minutes, and then add mushrooms, onion and carrot. Mix all ingredients carefully and cook for 15-20 minutes more in a “BAKE” mode. Add potato, salt, and spices. Pour water and mix. Choose the “BAKE” mode again, and cook the dish for 50 minutes.
