A recipe for cooking tasty sorrel soup with meat, eggs, and verdure in your multicooker.
- Meat – 400 g
- Carrot – 1 pcs
- Onion – 1 pcs
- Potato – 4 pcs
- Water or meat bouillon – 4 cups
- Sorrel – 1 bunch
- Eggs – 4 pcs
- Dill, parsley, spring onions
- Bay leaf, salt and spices to taste
Cut the meat into small pieces. Prepare vegetables: cut potatoes into cubes, grate the carrot and chop the onion. Put meat and vegetables into the basket and stew for 25 minutes. Add salt, spices and bay leaf. Pour with water and close the cap. Set the “Porridge/Soup” mode. Cooking time is 1,5 hours. Boil the eggs separately, clean them and cut into cubes. Chop the verdure. At the end of cooking add eggs and verdure. Bring soup to boil in a “BAKE” mode. Add sour cream before serving. Bon appetit!
